Shipping & Delivery
We try to have your shipment with you within 10 working days after receiving your payment.
If you take advantage of our “Free Shipping” option, which is only available for customers residing within the European Union, your order will be delivered by your country's postal service.
Sometimes we decide, even if you choose the “Free Shipping” option, to mail your order by UPS.
This will be done without any extra charges.
If you choose the UPS shipment option the shipping costs will be visible, and added to your invoice, before you check out. Needless to mention; if you prefer using the UPS service, the additional postal fee will be added to your invoice.

Privacy & Security
To keep your shopping experience with us as safe as possible we have secured our site by the use of cookies and HTTPS certificates.
We chose to use MultiSafePay and PayPal to handle the financial transactions.
This way your your financial details are stored more securely and you only have to provide them once, when you sign up for either option.
This also enables us to accept a bigger variety of payment methods.
We will only use personal information for order related purposes or, if you subscribed to our newsletter, to keep you up to date on any changes on our website.
We will never provide your personal info to third parties, unless we are forced by law to do so.

Returns & Replacements
If you decide you are not satisfied with the product you've received or want to exchange it for any reason.
Please use our contact form to supply us with your order number and the reason.
We will then contact you ASAP to come to a satisfiable solution.

Ordering T-Shirts Online
After you've selected an item you'd like to purchase, please select the colour and/or size you would like to order and add it to your shopping cart.
You will then be redirected to your shopping cart where you can decide to proceed to the checkout or continue shopping.
Please follow the on screen directions to complete your order.
Should the above mentioned order instructions sound too complicated.
Customers always have the option ordering Thanx items simply through our personal customerservice.

Viewing Orders
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the status of your order has been updated.
 If you decided to register yourself as returning customer you can always check your order status on your personal pages.
